Industrial peppers

We can supply any need you may have thanks to our experience growing peppers since 1992. We harvest nearly two hundred-fifty acres of the best quality peppers year-round. (After a recent visit, Bob Payton from the National Hot Pepper Association said, “These are Pepper Fields as Far as the Eye Can See” ™. And with his permission, this statement became one of our trademarks).

But we do more than just grow peppers; we have a complete organization behind our products as well. Our company boasts a 25,000 square-foot warehouse and processing plant along with a professional team that includes an agronomist, a food engineer, a chemist, food technologists, and a complete administrative and sales staff.

We grow and process Tabasco, Cayenne, Jalapeno, and Habanero peppers—all of which can be delivered in mash (fresh pods ground with salt and aged), brine (red or green pods preserved in a salt and water solution), de-pulped and stabilized in vinegar concentrate in a ready-to-bottle sauce or as a private label (bottled with your own label: 13 fl.oz., 5.6 fl.oz., or 3.3 fl.oz). Industrial products are normally packed in 55-gallon drums. For smaller users, plastic 5-gallon pails are also available. Large orders of these products (i.e. in mash form only) are handled in 50,000 lb. tank containers.

Dried Peppers are also a part of our product line. We have two huge drying tunnels that can take 10,000 lbs. of fresh peppers per day and dry them to less than 4% humidity. Three of the four types of peppers we grow (Tabasco, Cayenne, Habanero) can be dried, while all peppers (including Jalapeno) can be supplied whole, crushed (pizza type), or ground. Dried products are packaged in five plastic bag calibers inside a double-layered cardboard box.
