We offer our long pepper agricultural experience that
started in 1992 to supply any need you may have. Throughout
the year, around two hundred and fifty acres are harvested
with the best quality peppers. (After a recent visit, Bob
Payton, from the National Hot Pepper Association said, "These
are Pepper Fields as Far as the Eye Can See". TM. And
with his authorization it became one of our trademarks) |

And we are not only peppers, we are a complete organization
backing our products. We have behind a 25,000 SQ.FT. Warehouse
and processing plant and a professional team that includes
an Agronomist, a Food Engineer, a Chemist, Food Technologists,
and a complete Administrative and Sales staff.
We plant and produce Tabasco, Cayenne, and Habanero peppers.
All can be delivered in mash (fresh pods ground with salt
and aged), in brine (red or green pods preserved in a salt
and water solution), in a depulped and stabilized with vinegar
concentrate, in a ready to bottle sauce, or in private label
(bottled with your own label -13 fl.oz. 5.6 fl.oz. 3.3 fl.oz-).
Industrials are normally packed in 55-gallon drums. For
smaller users, plastic 5-gallon pails are available. Large
contracts of these products (only mash presentation) are
handled in 50,000 lb. tank containers. |

Dried Peppers are also a part of our experience.
We count on two huge drying tunnels that can take 10,000 lbs.
of fresh peppers a day and dry them to less than 4% humidity.
Any of the three types of peppers we grow (Tabasco, Cayenne, Habanero),
can be dried and supplied whole, crushed (pizza type), or ground.
Dried products packaging used consists of a plastic bag caliber
five inside a double layered carton box.
